Description Steampowered Studio is an audio/visual workshop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It is owned and operated by Jeff Coleman, who began recording his own music at Cat Ranch Studio in Paradise, Pennsylvania in the 1970's. Through the years he has engineered and produced recordings for many local bands, including Big Red, Kenny Gross, Bill Nork, the Skamatiks, the Gadjo Playboys, Joe Ellis, and Robert Bobby.

Studio Fees
The Studio is unique in that it is sponsored by listener contributions rather than by recording fees. Sponsors get online access to all the music produced by the studio. The objective is to foster a direct, long-term relationship between the listener and the artists and producers who create the music.

Online Presence
Steampowered Studio has been online since at least 2003. Featured mp3 and ogg format downloads are available to the general public, and there is a studio blog.
