Pros	Amie Street is a good place to discover new music for very little money. The more obscure the music, the better the price. The pricing model means that obscure artists will initially receive practically nothing for downloads of their music. But by decreasing the "risk" to consumers, artists may end up with more fans in the end.
Cons	An artist can easily remain hidden among the 1,000s of musicians on the site. As it has gotten more popular, the site now features more well-established artists with more promotional dollars behind them. This means that opportunities for truly "independent" artists to be seen and heard will diminish.
